After spending 15 years in the hospitality industry, Peggy Marilley established Precision Meetings & Events in 1996 as a firm specializing in producing and managing exceptional meetings and superior special events.

Peggy has been active in several hospitality industry associations, including PCMA, ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership, MPI and HSMAI. She has also mentored many young professionals working toward a career in meeting and event planning. Peggy has received numerous distinguished awards for her service and dedication, and is recognized throughout the hospitality industry for her creativity and leadership.

Her professional background, industry involvement and outstanding capabilities have equipped her with the skills needed to create, operate and manage a company that consistently provides unparalleled meetings, events and tour programs. Peggy is constantly changing and offering new ideas for dynamic meetings and special events.
