Marissa graduated from the University of Delaware with a major in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management and a minor in Spanish. Throughout her time there, she completed internships in various Food & Beverage operations but started her post-graduate career in Sales with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. There she gained a sturdy foundation of Hotel Sales and Convention Services. She enjoyed seeing all of the details and planning that went into each meeting and wanted to be more involved as a meeting planner. Her natural attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and dedication to provide exceptional service to each client and their unique needs has allowed her to fit nicely with Team Precision.

Marissa moved to northern Virginia in 2010 and has since adjusted from the rural lifestyle of her hometown in southern New Jersey to the hustle and bustle of the nation's capital. In her spare time, Marissa enjoys scenic runs, hitting the tennis courts, and playing the piano whenever possible.
