Ava joined Precision sometime during late 2008. During her first nine months, Ava spent her time observing, training and gaining knowledge to become the youngest member of the team. Currently Ava is working part-time with Precision spending 2 days per week in her office. During her brief tenure Ava has worked alongside of her mother, Megan Manzo developing and producing many sensational events. In addition to her mother, Ava has spent time working in the office of the President. With Peggy she continually offers exceptional leadership advice and marketing guidance. All of Precision's account executives reach out to Ava for creative and organization input. Ava brings to Precision strong communication skills. She will lend her opinion to almost any discussion and project. Her interpersonal skills and outstanding personality bring a great energy and excitement within the walls of Precision. Ava's future goals include becoming CEO of AT&T to manage their mobile cellular phone division.
